Alpha2-adrenergic agonist cardiovascular medications include:

  • Clonidine (Catapres-TTS Transdermal, Catapres Oral, Duraclon, Jenloga, Kapvay)
  • Methyldopa (Aldomet)
  • Guanfacine (Tenex, Intuniv)
  • Guanabenz (Wytensin)

There is no evidence that these medications deplete any nutrients.
