  • Doxepin (Sinequan oral and Zonalon topical cream)
  • Imipramine (Tofranil-PM and Tofranil)
  • Nortriptyline (Aventyl and Pamelor)
  • Protriptyline (Vivactil)
  • Trimipramine (Surmontil)
